We’ve started a tradition of going to Bolsa Chica every August to say goodbye to the summer. We get there in the afternoon to secure our firepit and have time to sit and relax and talk while the kids play in the water. We like it so much that we’ve decided we also need to go to the beach at the beginning of the summer to celebrate the end of the school year.
Last year, I made us each a photo album so we could remember the time we spent together. Here are photographs from our first trip.
