My daughter has a friendship with the little girl over the back fence. She came over this afternoon, and when Mom came to pick her up, she dropped off a jar of homemade strawberry jam. Of course, she would make delicious jam from strawberries in her garden. She has a beautiful assortment of chickens that lay eggs, a goat, a horse, three dogs, a cat and a yard that is lush and green and artfully-arranged.
I sent her home with some homemade sweet potato biscuits, and then I had one myself.
