I am better off if I start my day with purpose and movement. If I don’t get a running start, I tend to sink. I need to walk, prep dinner, go through my list of emails to answer, work on editing photographs, run errands. Whatever needs my attention the most I have to get to early, or I drift.
These are Holler’s resolutions:
exercise and roller skate
stretch every day
eat a apple
By the way, by “mouthwash”, she means a fluoride rinse.
